Phone Counseling

In 1982 the National Institute of Mental Health showed that almost one out of every ten people experience anxiety. Since 1982, we have come a long way in understanding anxiety and its related disorders.

Anxiety and panic attacks may have been part of our predisposition or may have been triggered by one of several events. Never the less, if anxiety or panic is holding your potential back, you need to take charge. If you have tried to work it out yourself or with a therapist but it's still troublesome, I would urge you to Contact Us.

For the past 35 plus years of anxiety counseling, regardless of whether some clients have had years of therapy, with or without medication, “the most sufficient recovery factor missing” appears to be the lack of understanding on how anxiety develops and what causes the physical, emotional, and for some, spiritual imbalance.

If we do not understand how or why our anxiety developed and continues, how do we expect to know what “thoughts,” “feelings,” or “behaviors” to modify or change for recovery?

My goal is to help you identify and understand the causes of this condition and together help find “acceptance and peace” toward the road of recovery
